Lynchpin were swiftly on to our project following our first contact. Barry Lynch quickly supplied an agreeable quotation followed by a prompt start on agreeable dates. Barry ably led his cheerful amenable team on the new build and refurbishment project having a constant personal daily presence from start to completion. Barry was always available to discuss items that cropped up from time to time and were overcome with little or no delay. Our project was completed very speedily and within our budget with Barry completing extended items of added external work all within the original agreed timeframes. Barry is most unusual for a builder: he comes when he says he would, and never charges more than his initial estimate. We have used him regularly over the past two years and have never had any cause for complaint. Also, he’s extremely friendly and approachable – we would recommend him to anybody.
